Guaravia ("we") operates www.guaravia.com, a listing and introduction platform for investment property in Asunción, Paraguay. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us — when you request a dossier, the investment guide or an intro call: your name, email address, and optionally your WhatsApp number, plus your answers to our qualification questions (investment goal, budget range, financing preference, timeline, experience, country).
• Technical data — standard server data such as browser type and country, used for security and to improve the site.

How we use it

• To send you the materials you requested (dossiers, the investment guide) and to follow up on your request.
• To connect you, at your request, with the developer of a project you are interested in.
• We do not sell your data. We share your details with a property developer only when you ask us to introduce you, and only for that project.

Storage & retention

Your request data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We keep it for as long as needed to serve your request and our relationship, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at invest@guaravia.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies & tracking

Strictly necessary cookies are used to remember your language and cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel, used to measure our advertising) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
